    Muay Thai Coach and Personal Trainer.

    Steve started Triple Eight Thaiboxing on the 1st December 2024.

    Steve has over 20 years full time coaching experience under his belt producing 18 State and National Title Holders and holds a Diploma in Counselling.

    Steve was the founder of Bondi Muay Thai Stables and previously managed Blackbelt Pro AAA Grade PUNCH gym Randwick.. He started Muay Thai in 1997 and never looked back.

    Steve also has Professional experience at K1 and fought in Thailand and Serbia.

    Fighting accomplishments include:
    *Former WMTA Australian Super Heavyweight Muay Thai Champion
    *WMC Super Heavyweight 4-man tournament winner
    *NSW WKBF Kickboxing Champion


  • Muay Thai Coach and Personal Trainer.

    With over 12 years of experience in Muay Thai, and 5 years training in boxing, Gabriella brings passion, knowledge, and a strong focus on fundamentals to every session. Starting with boxing in 2009 and discovering Muay Thai in 2012, she has dedicated years to both training and coaching.

    Despite an injury setback in 2015, she made a comeback to compete in both boxing and Muay Thai at age 40. Gabriella is known for inspiring students of all ages and committed to helping them unlock their potential and build confidence in and out of the ring.

Our History

Steve Fielding

Triple Eight Thaiboxing is owned and operated by former Australian WMTA Super Heavyweight Muay Thai Champion, NSW WKBF Super Heavyweight Kickboxing Champion and WMC Super Heavyweight 4 Man Tournament Champion Steve Fielding. He has represented Australia in a K1 bout in Serbia and fought and taught in Thailand. Steve fought out of Tony Mundine’s Gym Redfern under the guidance of his Coach and Mentor, Australia’s first World Kickboxing Champion “The Legend” Alex Tui. Alex is one of the most respected fighters and trainers in the country.
