How do I book into my first class? Follow these 3 easy steps…
Step 1: Download the Application to Train form and the Pre Exercise Screening Tool. Print and fill out the forms with black or blue pen and make sure you bring it along to your first class. Be sure to have the form signed by your parent if you are under 18…
Don’t have a printer? Just arrive at least 20 minutes early to fill out the paperwork and prepare for your first class.
Step 2: Make your payment via the Gocardless link. It’s $20 for your first trial class. We can loan you Boxing gloves the first time if need be, or you can buy your own. We sell all the equipment you need at the gym at very reasonable prices with 10% off to members and package deals with up to 20% off. Step 3: After you have made your payment, the link should have taken you straight to the booking page for a Class. There you can create a profile and book yourself in.
