Head Coach Steve Fielding

Steve started Triple Eight Thaiboxing on the 1st December 2024.

He started teaching Muay Thai in 1997 and has produced 18 State and National Title Holders. He was the founder of Bondi Muay Thai Stables in 2001 and was on Team Tui, Mundine’s Gym in Redfern.

Fighting accomplishments include:
*Former WMTA Australian Super Heavyweight Muay Thai Champion
*WMC Super Heavyweight 4-man tournament winner
*NSW WKBF Kickboxing Champion

Steve also has Professional experience at K1 and fought in Thailand and Serbia.

Coach Harry Westley

Harry began his martial arts journey in Taekwondo, developing strong kicking skills, discipline and a passion for combat sports.

After joining Triple Eight, he embraced Muay Thai and has continued to grow through the club’s supportive culture, professional coaching and high-quality training environment.

Harry is passionate about helping students build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy their Martial Arts journey. He is currently studying Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness and Personal Training.

Assistant Coach Kai Lovett

Kai began his Muay Thai journey at Triple Eight Thaiboxing in 2023 and has quickly developed into a dedicated student with strong potential. After making his fight debut, he continues to train consistently while building his skills and experience in the sport.

Passionate about helping others improve, Kai brings a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude to every class. He joined the coaching team in July 2026 and enjoys supporting students as they develop confidence, technique, and a love for Muay Thai.
