A low to medium intensity workout for Beginner level students based on Fundamental techniques of Muay Thai. Concentrating on footwork, fitness, correct guard and stance, basic techniques of defences, kicks, knees, and punches. You will also work on how to hold pads and how to use the equipment around the gym correctly. This class will prep you up for the Intermediate to Advanced classes.

Muay Thai training for 888 fighters. Advanced techniques of Thaiboxing including grappling and special Muay Thai tricks. In this class we will concentrate on tailored strategies and weapons for each individual fighters' strengths and weaknesses. All fighters are required to attend these classes.
Any student is welcome to attend at this time and train by themselves, however the instructors attention will be on the fight team.

Muay Thai sparring for Advanced students. A chance to put what you have been learning into practice. All sparring is practiced in a controlled manner. You will need to go through the warm up routine before sparring begins. No aggressive behaviour will be tolerated! You will need permission from Steve to join this class.
