Steve Fielding

Triple Eight Thaiboxing is owned and operated by former Australian WMTA Super Heavyweight Muay Thai Champion, NSW WKBF Super Heavyweight Kickboxing Champion and WMC Super Heavyweight 4 Man Tournament Champion Steve Fielding. He has represented Australia in a K1 bout in Serbia and fought and taught in Thailand. Steve fought out of Tony Mundine’s Gym Redfern under the guidance of his Coach and Mentor, Australia’s first World Kickboxing Champion “The Legend” Alex Tui. Alex is one of the most respected fighters and trainers in the country.

Since it's opening on 1st of December 2024, Triple Eight Thaiboxing quickly gained a reputation for being one of the best places in Adelaide to train in the authentic art of Muay Thai whilst still catering to the general fitness client. The gym's reputation builds around the high standards demonstrated in the ring fighting arena, excellent tuition, cleanliness and customer care.
